Would I make a good boyfriend?

Ok, I am officially in a relationship after 4 years of desolation. Its not that I wasnt happy as a single individual, its just that I have gotten used to being alone and even embraced it, I hardly feel the depth of loneliness. During those days, its gym, work and social. Some flings or ah hem ah hem. Ok, not some...a lot of ah hem ah hem, but i do play safe. So no worries.

Then things changed last christmas. I made the move though it was quite tough. It was a success. Suddenly, I am opened to a whole new world. (Whoever is singing Aladdin's a whole new world can stop now). I am propelled into the reality of being an attached guy. So, there's valentine, birthday, anniversary and so on. Wow, seems like its a perfectly new experience all over again. I do look forward to it and hopefully all will be well. Fingers crossed coz I am having my sneakers on for a long marathon.

Si Putih and the 7 Makciks - a pantomime to be remembered...

For those who dunno what the hell is a pantomine, dun think its some ppl holding puppet and talk thru their other holes apart from their mouth. It is actually a theatrical play which is comedious and interactive with the attending audience. I was suck into it due to my fren KennyPhyllis. He played the part of a makcik. One of their cast couldnt make it to penang and I was asked to be one of the understudy.

"A what?"
"Understudy."
"Kenny, what is that? Study under the table?"
"No lar. U just learn a character and if the person cant perform that role, u have to chip in."
"Amboi, so fancy that name. More like standby lar!"
"Something like that."

It was really fun being an understudy. And i always pray that the guy i am understudying (Nick Dorian) get sick or too busy. (Opps...sorry nick) But i only get to play it two times. As the day draws near I went back to my normal tuition routine and gym. Until another news came up.

They dun have a lighting man. Since I was already involved and didnt want to have such good production to go to waste, I chipped in again. It was fun. 10 days of tiring production but still very fun!

I do hope the director, Sham Sunder Binwani will involve me in his next pantomime. And i do hope to be able to give him the time he needs of me. Aiks....fingers crossed...
